Why Joule Holdings Exists.
The Story
Joule Holdings was built for one reason: to create the infrastructure for a portfolio of interconnected digital businesses, built from first principles and designed to compound.
Most holding companies are financial structures. This one is an operating model. Every property is built with a thesis and designed for a specific job. Some are built to compound with the rest of the portfolio. Others stand alone, meant to prove out a concept on their own.
The thesis is deliberate: we do not build software. We build infrastructure. That is a read on where technology is heading in the AI era — away from disposable tools and toward composable systems businesses own and shape for themselves. The ideas we build serve everyone from individuals all the way up to large enterprises.
