Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Joule Holdings, LLC and its brands.

Membership Programs: If you are paying monthly, there are no refunds for your current month of service. If you prepaid for a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month block of service, we will provide you with a prorated refund equal to the number of months you paid minus the number of months you used (including your current month). In the event the Training/Membership program has a Money Back Guarantee Period, a 100% no questions asked refund will be given.

Information Products: All information products come with a 100%, no questions asked, 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Consulting and Coaching: These services require a non-refundable up-front retainer. All other fees are refunded on a case by case basis and are dependent on the signed contract between Joule Holdings, LLC and its Client as well as the engagement progress.
